About the studio

How the studio works

The studio was founded by Rustam Annageldiev, a developer with ten years of experience in web, mobile development and integrations. Projects are delivered by a team: business analysis, design, front end and back end, mobile development, integrations and QA. For each project we bring together the people that this task needs.

There is no sales department and no long chain of managers. Each project has an accountable lead, and you talk directly to them and to the team. Decisions are made quickly, and your budget pays for development, not for an office and a sales team.

We work closely with AI: we build agents for clients and use AI in our own development. It speeds things up, but architecture, decisions and code review are always done by people.

Who we are a good fit for

• Small and mid-sized companies looking for a long-term technical partner, not a one-off contractor.
• Product teams that need extra developers without months of hiring.
• Companies whose website, CRM, ERP and messengers live separately and eat the team’s time.
• Those who want to adopt AI starting with a clear pilot, not a big project.
• Agencies and integrators who need a development subcontractor.

Who we are not a fit for

• If you need the cheapest possible website in a week with no analytics and no support.
• If you need 24/7 support with a 15-minute response or a team of 50 people on one project. For such tasks we will honestly recommend partners.
