How fast do you respond?
Within 4 hours during business hours, Moscow time (UTC+3). We do not promise 24/7 on-call. If the site goes down at night, monitoring alerts us and we start there in the morning.
Will you take over a site built by someone else?
Yes. A project takeover costs $330 and takes a week: we study the code and servers, collect access and describe the risks. After that the project can be run by us or by any other team.
